STARSTAR Education's mission is to offer extended educational, recreational, and enrichment programs to students; support and enhance school curriculum; improve student achievement; and expand the cultural base of young people through innovative, quality programs offered by highly qualified instructors.

STAR is a nonprofit organization providing before/after school childcare to our students in grades K-5. The program is located on the Creekside Oaks campus. STAR can be reached at 434-8085. Space is limited and a waiting list is often in place.

c.a.r.e w.p.u.s.d logo  The C.A.R.E. After School Program is a district program which focuses on Combining,     Academics,Recreation, and Enrichment.

To enroll your student in C.A.R.E. you will need to complete an application.  Applications are available in the school site office.  Children are accepted on a first come, first serve basis.

We usually have a waiting list for students trying to get into our program, so we encourage parents to obtain applications as soon as possible.

Our after school staff is comprised of an amazing group of individuals.  We have the opportunity to employ California State University, Sacramento students who are working towards their teaching credentials, Sierra College students, and other educators who have a passion for making a difference in our childrens' lives. 

PROGRAM HOURS:

Monday - 1:40 - 6:00pm

Tuesday through Friday - 2:40-6:00pm

* C.A.R.E. does not operate on school holidays.
